Use this form to submit a request for a patient in the Sunderland Royal or St Benedict's Hospice. Don't be afraid to ask for any old or obscure songs, we have a very large selection of music available, however, it's always a good idea to send us two choices, just in case we don't have the original selection.

The patients request programme Ward Call is broadcast live from 8-9pm Sunday to Wednesday inclusive. Please indicate which day you would like the request to be played.
